Delta SkyMiles on Delta.com
(2015) As the SkyMiles program continued to grow in popularity, web and app materials needed a refresh to better communicate the benefits. As an art-copy UX team, we were able to work closely with the Delta SkyMiles team to completely reinvent the SkyMiles experience on Delta.com for mobile and web.
We aimed to make the experience feel as simple and enjoyable as taking a Delta flight. The site section tested well and successfully raised the section's NPS score after launch, serving as the next building block in a large responsive redesign of Delta's website — which we executed from 2016-2018.
MY ROLE:
Wrote and revised all content for all 36 webpages in this section
Worked with art director to create content guidelines for new design system
Facilitated and gathered results from in-lab and beta group user-testing
Crafted the first digital voice and tone for Delta Air Lines digital properties
Reduced the number of pages and streamlined section content by nearly 50%
Wrote and edited copy in Sketch (and later in Figma), writing optimized content for mobile designs
Collaborated with client team throughout development, including the Delta legal team and translation team
